Neno was really helpful throughout our stay, and was there to welcome us off the ferry from Split. A group of 11 ladies from Derby celebrating significant birthdays had a wonderful week on the island of Brac. Thank you.

Nenad welcomed us to the villa and was very friendly. The property was a little difficult to locate initially as the village is very small and the roads are very narrow and we missed the turn off to our street. The village is charming and the church bells sound out the hours which adds to the atmosphere. The restaurant next door is very obliging and were more than happy to serve our meals in the villa, if we requested. The island itself is fairly quiet and we were able to explore without the hassle of busy roads and lots of tourists.

This was certainly one of the most amazing holidays I have had with friends! The house couldn’t be more high spec and is absolutely perfect for a group of friends or family. Everybody who was with me loved the house so much that we hardly left to explore the island. I have also never met more kind and accommodating hosts than Antonia and Nenad. They were there for us whenever we needed anything and Nenad even traveled all the way from Split when we needed him. I could not recommend this house more and am already thinking about when I could return! Considering the very fair price for this house, we felt we were in 5 star accommodation. I would have no reservations at all to recommend this to anyone. Thank you Antonia and Nenad for making my birthday holiday so special and easy! Antonia and Nenad were exceptional hosts, and met us at their villa. They poured us some welcoming drinks and showed us around, helping us get acquainted with all of the special features of the villa. They spent additional time telling us about the island of Brac, and all of the things we’d want to do while we were there—even suggesting an introduction to the owner of a restaurant right next door (one of the most popular on the island). Their villa was everything that we had believed it to be and more! Nenad is an architect, and he and Antonia designed and furnished their villa with such elegant touches. The villa is set in a quaint, picturesque village and is centrally located on the island—we had great sightseeing trips all around the island! There is so much to do and see on the island that you could easily spend a week or more on the island. We would go back in a heartbeat. We had a great dialogue with Antonia & Nedad prior to arrival. All our questions were answered and they were only too happy to accommodate us. They met us at the ferry and took us to the house. On arrival the villa was quite breath taking with it’s rustic traditional stone front and shutters, then as you enter a sweeping marble staircase to the living area and kitchen. The interior was finished to a high specification, modern, clean and stylish. The bedrooms all air-conditioned, comfortable with ensuite shower or bathroom. Antonia had baked some treats for us and we shared drinks as we discussed the house and all of the activities to do on the island, they just wanted us to have a great time. The garden was private, with great sun loungers, outside eating space and the most perfect swimming pool. The kids could barely wait to swim & were in the pool the whole time! It is so peaceful in Donji Humac. There is a great restaurant next door so in the end we hardly cooked a thing. If you are lucky they will even deliver the food to the house giving you that restaurant experience without going out! We hired a car and explored this beautiful, tranquil island which had plenty of beaches and beautiful towns to visit, all within easy access of the villa. I would highly recommend this delightful villa to families, couples or a big group, it can tick all the boxes. We will be back i am sure.
